    Account Executive - Outbound Sales Rep (Full Time)

    We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

    Skills & Requirements:

    1. 3-5 years consultative selling experience in custom product/service solutions or lighting industry.
    2. Identify new business opportunities within the current account base, which includes marketing, experiential and strategic services.
    3. Successful and progressive record of identifying, pitching, presenting, and closing business.
    4. Talent for crafting product solutions for company customer engagements.
    5. Background of driving ROI and ROO into products solutions.
    6. Ability to quickly identify, qualify and address client's needs.
    7. Work with sales team on developing product solutions for the clients.
    8. Dynamic entrepreneurial spirit and influential communication style.
    9. Strategic, solution-based problem-solving skills.
    10. Self-starter with initiative to effectively build & drive direction and execution of strategic plan.
    11. Bachelor’s degree, preferably business/marketing/PR/communications emphasis.
    12. Working knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Inbound Telemarketing Sales - (Full Time)

    Provide assistance to the Sales Manager, Sales, as a first-line support of the Inbound Sales team.  Assist and support Sales department in the execution and achievement of their sales goals by providing supplemental customer service expedites and troubleshooting, product selection assistance, pricing assistance, handling overflow queue calls, work flow processing, and performing necessary outgoing call duties. Someone able find qualified leads in commercial, residential, display, and exhibit lighting industry. You will be a candidate that is eager to learn new telemarketing skills, to add to your already existing knowledge, and really grow leads list. Ideally you will have at least 3+ years in a similar role and able to learn to use CRM softwares. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated; able to work effectively on multiple deadlines, take initiative in what they do, is flexible with their daily schedule in order to deliver a high quality of work, while maintaining a positive attitude! 

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provides sales and customer service assistance to the team in:  Pricing, technical/application/process, product selection, and customer service resolution.
    • Consolidate Data and Report to Sales Manager, Inside Sales team.
    • Facilitate and enter Goodwill orders when necessary.
    • Assists sales team by taking Queue phone calls when needed.
    • Make high volume outgoing calls to gather sales leads data.
    • Build strong relationship with customers by phone, models sales excellence and service skills, for purposes of mentoring IBS team.
    • Responsibilities may, and are subject to, change as a result of business needs. Prior management direction will be given should this be applicable.

    Skills & Requirements:

    • This position requires full-time hours in our Costa Mesa office. Remote work is not an option.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relation or Communications 4-Year University or trade school equivalent.
    • 4+ years of experience working at a high volume sales environment
    • Strong listening skills.

    • A team player, but also comfortable working with limited supervision.
    • Exceptional organizational, communication, and planning skills; ability to multitask and prioritize to meet strict deadlines.

    RECOMMENDED

    • Experience with Microsoft Office Softwares
    • Ability to learn new skills with CRM, POS systems
    • Working knowledge of Professional Selling
