Inbound Telemarketing Sales - (Full Time)
Provide assistance to the Sales Manager, Sales, as a first-line support of the Inbound Sales team. Assist and support Sales department in the execution and achievement of their sales goals by providing supplemental customer service expedites and troubleshooting, product selection assistance, pricing assistance, handling overflow queue calls, work flow processing, and performing necessary outgoing call duties. Someone able find qualified leads in commercial, residential, display, and exhibit lighting industry. You will be a candidate that is eager to learn new telemarketing skills, to add to your already existing knowledge, and really grow leads list. Ideally you will have at least 3+ years in a similar role and able to learn to use CRM softwares. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated; able to work effectively on multiple deadlines, take initiative in what they do, is flexible with their daily schedule in order to deliver a high quality of work, while maintaining a positive attitude!
