    Monorail

Low-voltage conductor of two individual conductive metal pieces fused together by a plastic separator. Hand-bendable, field-cuttable MonoRail is rated for 300 watts at 12 volts, 600 watts at 24 volts. Each piece of rail is shipped with conductive connectors to join rail pieces end to end. Order additional connectors if cutting and rejoining rails.

    Monorail End Caps

Decorative end caps fit into ends of MonoRail run for a finished look. Pair; order one pair for each end.

    Monorail Conductive Connectors

Conductive connectors join sections of rail together end to end and are included with all MonoRail pieces. Order separately if cutting and rejoining rails.

    Monorail Freejack Connector

Adapts any FreeJack head or pendant to Tech Lighting’s MonoRail system.

    Monorail Rigid Standoff

The field-cuttable rigid standoff is recommended for curvy runs or runs with heavier Heads, Pendants or Functional art, such as glass pendants. Rigid standoffs are compatible with various power feed options: Use the chart below to determine the appropriate standoff for your run.

Monorail 2" Square Canopy Single Power Feed

A single-feed canopy is mounted to the ceiling above the MonoRail run. It brings power to the MonoRail run from a remote transformer (sold separately). The low-voltage leads from the remote transformer are connected to the canopy leads inside the junction box.

Monorail 4" Round Canopy Single Power Feed

A single-feed canopy is mounted to the ceiling above the MonoRail run. It brings power to the MonoRail run from a remote transformer (sold separately). The low-voltage leads from the remote transformer are connected to the canopy leads inside the junction box.

    Monorail Surface Transformer

This single-feed surface transformer converts standard 120 line voltage to 12 volts to provide the necessary voltage for powering a MonoRail low-voltage lighting system. It can power lamps totaling up to 300 watts. The transformer is concealed inside a decorative housing with a fast acting secondary circuit breaker that will safely turn the system off should a short occur. Once the short has been removed the breaker can be reset.

    Monorail Center Power Feed

Center Power Feeds are generally used to bring power to a MonoRail system when the transformer or canopy cannot be located directly above the run. The center power feed can be used anywhere within the run and includes a removable 4" round canopy and 12' of field-cuttable softwire leads. Specify dual-feed when using a dual-feed transformer. Dual-feed canopy includes isolating connectors.

    Monorail End Power Feed

End power feeds are generally used to bring power to a MonoRail system when the transformer or canopy cannot be located directly above the run. The end power feed pushes into an end of the MonoRail and includes a removable 4" round canopy and 12' of field-cuttable softwire leads.

Monorail 4" Round Dual Canopy Power Feed

End power feeds are generally used to bring power to a MonoRail system when the transformer or canopy cannot be located directly above the run. The end power feed pushes into an end of the MonoRail and includes a removable 4" round canopy and 12' of field-cuttable softwire leads.
