We have a hassle-free returns policy. By visiting step1dezigns.com you agree to the following Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.
All return requests must be made via e-mail to sales@step1dezigns.com within 30 days of receipt of purchase with the returning items in brand new condition. Items that have been used, cut, damaged, or abused are non-returnable. Please include your name, company name (if applicable), order number, and the reason for your request. If your return request is approved, a return instruction will be emailed to you and the item(s) must be shipped back to Step 1 Dezigns within 30 days. Orders shipped outside of the United States are non-returnable, and non-refundable unless defective.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the original order was:
- expedited;
- shipped outside of the United States; and/or
- the items were not defective.
Standard stock items will be fully refundable if the order is canceled before shipment. Otherwise, a 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned products. Refunds will not be issued for products that were improperly used.
The following items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable:
- customized or special order products;
- clearance products; and
- items that are not in their original packaging and condition (including manuals and instruction sheets).
- All Aluminum channels.
Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy. We will only exchange items if the value of the item(s) you are returning exactly matches the value of the item(s) you want to change them for.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to exchanges. Customized, special order, and clearance products are not eligible for an exchange.
