Step 1 Dezigns is committed to providing you with 100% customer satisfaction. We are pleased to provide you with the following shipping policy.

If you placed an order and want to know its status, please check your email for tracking information. If you need assistance, send us an email. We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours if your ordered items are in stock. Custom, Out-of-stock, or Backordered items may take a longer time to process and ship.  

  • Same-day shipping if the order is placed by 3 p.m. PDT.
  • Next-day shipping (excluding weekends) if the order is placed after 3 p.m. PDT.
  • Monday shipping if the order is placed on the weekends (excluding holidays).

*Order confirmation email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed. A separate email will be sent to you with order tracking information when your order ships. 

2-Day Shipping/Saturday and Overnight Delivery

2-day shipping and overnight options are only available to destinations within the USA. In-stock item shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx and are shipped in 1-2 business days (not weekends or holidays). 

If you need a special delivery, such as Saturday delivery, you must request it either by email or by calling us at 949-270-0250. Saturday delivery usually costs about twice as much as normal business-day delivery. Shipping Quotes are provided upon request.

A signature may be required for any step1dezigns.com orders over $400. If you would like us to waive the signature requirement for a package over $400, please call or email us. An adult signature (18+) is required to legally sign for UPS or FedEx deliveries.

International (Shipping outside the US)

Please contact us to clarify your address.

We will ship to almost anywhere in the world. Overseas customers, please email or call us for international shipping options. Additional shipping charges may apply. We are not responsible for lost orders if you select the International shipping option. The 2-day option is for the USA only. If you prefer DHL or FedEx, indicate this by email or on the order form and we will confirm the price by email.

  • There will be an additional Duty Tax.
  • Duty, Taxes, and import fees are not included in the shipping cost displayed at checkout.
  • Import fees and any additional handling fees are billed separately.
  • Overnight and 2-day shipping is not available to Canada.

UPS Late Shipment Claims

  • UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, or UPS 3 Day Select delivery services are not eligible for late shipment claims.
  • The only services that may be eligible for late shipment claims would be:
    • UPS Next Day Air Early
    • UPS Next Day Air
    • UPS Next Day Air Saver
    • UPS Worldwide Express NA1
    • UPS Worldwide Express Plus
    • UPS Worldwide Express
    • UPS Worldwide Express Saver
    • UPS Worldwide Saver

Shipping surcharges may apply to some isolated areas in the USA. Additional shipping fees may apply and be billed separately for products over 48 inches in length or at our discretion. Returns and Refunds – Shipping Costs

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
